If you are Pregnant or Postnatal, we also have specialist group sessions, where you can exercise with your baby and surround yourself with other Mum's who may also need a little positive encouragement.

The wrong food can certainly be your nemesis and it does not make you a bad person for eating it. Cooking with fresh ingredients and eating the right carbs will help you get back on track.

If you're pregnant OR breastfeeding, it is essential that you are giving you and baby enough vitamins and minerals.
