About This Lesson

If you are wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy and help prepare your body for labour, I would strongly recommend this class.  Exercise during pregnancy has so many benefits, not only for you but also for your baby.

Whether you have led a sedentary lifestyle prior to pregnancy or physically very fit, this class is great for all levels of fitness, after all, you all have the same marathon to prepare for at the end!

Pregna-cise offers a low impact circuit class aiming to improve posture and physical and mental well-being.  This is also a fantastic way to meet other expecting mums and share similar experiences.

I am a fully qualified ante-natal/postal natal trainer.  Attendance will require clearance from your GP.

Did you know 2/10 women are affected by mental health during pregnancy or in the post natal year.
